Trendy topics from Digg, StumbleUpon, and Google
Wow, it's pretty amazing when you expand your focus beyond just the major search engines when looking for keyword trends. People are talking about all kinds of unrelated crap across the various social media outlets, especially the pseudo-link-aggregation-type sites. The bright side is that bacon was mentioned at least once in this jumble of 30 terms.

We're still getting back into the swing of things. Apart from all the changes to the world and shift in hot topics, we're also discovering that we really need to be looking in a lot more locations to pick up on varying keyword trends. In addition to all the search engine and portal trends, we really need to be looking at the trends of all the social media sites and social networks that are so much more prevalent and bigger than they were a couple of years ago. Here's the latest batch of terms we looked at.
